What a lovely finish to a positive week at Compassion for Greek Paws 💙🇬🇷🐾
We started with a couple of days of Valentine’s treats at the shelter — and we also managed to share a little love with some strays too. 🐾❤️
Then we had the best kind of weekend bonus: visitors!
Extra cuddles (and a familiar friend!)
Yesterday and today we were so happy to welcome Paula Kangasmaa and Brita Romppainen from ARGOS Animal Rescue Greece Finland, and we also had the lovely Joanna Santetsidou come by.
All of the dogs love and know Joanna, and they absolutely soaked up the extra fuss and cuddles. It’s honestly quite funny watching them look at me… then look at her… and try to decide who to go to for attention first. 😁😂
Why visitors matter
We always love it when we get visitors.
It’s good for the dogs to see different people for a change, and if I’m honest, it’s also really nice for me to have some company at the shelter too.
Even though it was quite nippy 🥶, Paula and Brita were absolute sports — helping to clean, fuss, and feed our babies 🩷🐕🩵🐕
