We are pleased to share that all dogs at Compassion for Greek Paws have recently received important parasite protection to help keep them safe and healthy during the warmer months.
In Greece, rising temperatures can also bring increased risks from parasites such as fleas, ticks, and other carriers of Mediterranean diseases. Preventive treatment is an essential part of responsible rescue care.
Thanks to the swift generosity of our supporters, including Friends of the Strays of Greece, funds were sent directly to our veterinary team so the best available protection could be provided without delay.
In addition, all dogs were also wormed this week, ensuring they continue to receive the routine healthcare every animal deserves.
This is a powerful reminder that donations do more than meet urgent needs — they help prevent illness before it starts.
To everyone who donated, supported our recent appeals, or continues to stand with us: thank you. You are helping keep our dogs safe, healthy, and ready for brighter futures.
