Christmas arrived in delicious style this year at Compassion for Greek Paws, with the shelter dogs enjoying a very special homemade festive dinner. 🎄🐕❤️
A huge Christmas feast was prepared for the dogs, including chicken, rice, runner beans, spinach, carrots, and both cooked and raw fish — creating plenty of excitement around the shelter.
There were wagging tails everywhere, lots of lip licking, and very happy dogs enjoying a little extra festive magic.
These special meals are only possible thanks to the kindness and generosity of supporters who donate throughout the year to help care for the dogs.
More Christmas dinners are still planned for other dogs over the coming days, with more photos and updates to follow once Leanda is feeling better.
Moments like these may seem simple, but for rescue dogs who have often experienced hardship, neglect, or abandonment, extra care and comfort mean the world.
