At this time of year, some of the dogs at Compassion for Greek Paws need a little extra help with their coats, making regular grooming an important part of daily shelter care.
One dog who is particularly enjoying the attention is our handsome Benji. 🐶
Benji is currently being brushed every day to help keep his coat healthy, comfortable, and free from loose fur. Not only does grooming help maintain good coat condition, but it also provides valuable one-to-one interaction, relaxation, and enrichment for the dogs.
Judging by his expression, Benji is thoroughly enjoying every minute of his pampering sessions.
It is often the small moments like these that make such a difference to shelter dogs. A little extra time, attention, and care can help them feel comfortable, secure, and loved while they wait for their forever homes.
